FromSoftware has acquired the rights to the Elden Ring name from Bandai Namco, according to a document with the US PTO.
It's been claimed that FromSoftware's original plan was to release two DLCs for the open world action RPG.
"We hope to stagger our releases and bring something new and exciting at hopefully not so long intervals going forward," says producer Yasuhiro Kitao.
