Everyone’s favourite Agent of the Nine Xur, who did something with all those Strange Coins you gave him in Destiny 1, has returned in Destiny 2. He can be found on Io in Giant’s Scar and will remain there until the weekly reset on Tuesday.
Xur’s Exotic gear includes Foetracer (Hunter helm), Peacekeepers (Titan boots) and Vesper of Radius (Warlock chest), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Peacekeepers are for those who want to run dual SMG loadouts while Vesper of Radius will damage nearby enemies with an Arc shockwave when a Rift is cast. Rift energy also charges faster with more enemies around. Foetracer marks targeted enemies and will deal more damage to low-health marked targets.
Of course, the real star this week is Vigilance Wing, an Exotic Pulse Rifle with a five-round burst shot. Retailing for 29 Legendary Shards, Vigilance Wing has become a popular Crucible weapon thanks to the recent buff to Pulse Rifles. Pick it up, if you don’t have one already.
