Destiny 2 Weekly Reset: Inverted Spire Nightfall, Flashpoint Titan, Still No End-Game

New Monarchy won the Faction Rally for those who could possibly care.

Destiny 2

The weekly reset has come and gone for Bungie’s Destiny 2. New Monarchy has won the first Faction Rally of Season 2, thus proving that some players like lion head ornaments in the absence of an actual end-game. There are some “new” activities to complete. Really, it’s just more of the same.

The Nightfall this week is The Inverted Spire with Attrition and Timewarp: Killing Time modifiers active. The former sees health and shield regeneration sped up while moving while the latter extends the Nightfall timer as you kill enemies. As for this week’s Flashpoint, it’s on the planet Titan. Players are required to complete Patrols and Public Events for this week’s latest “powerful” duplicates.

Of course, there are Treasure Chests from Cayde-6 to pick up so there is that. The next time-limited event will be Iron Banner and it should be interesting to see the changes Bungie have made. Which is a nice way of saying you should really play something else till Fall 2018 if you’re sick of the lack of an end-game.
