Destiny 2 Warmind

Bungie will be hosting a Twitch stream tomorrow to reveal Destiny 2’s next DLC Warmind. Set on Mars, specifically the Hellas Basin, the DLC will see players confronting Rasputin, the AI Warmind of Destiny 1, in some fashion. Presumably, SIVA will be getting involved in some way as well. Check out the teaser for the DLC below.

It has all the usual elements expected from a DLC – there are some returning Exotics from Destiny 1 like SUROS Regime (The Taken King version), reskinned enemies (like the Hive that now seem to have ice elements) and a new public event. The public event seems to involve defending a satellite installation from hordes of Hive enemies.

A new relic, a spear that can cause explosive slams, is also apparently showcased. The reveal stream will be taking place on April 24th, 10 AM PT so we’ll learn more about the content included. Destiny 2’s Warmind DLC will be releasing on May 8th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
