The Last Wish raid for Destiny 2: Forsaken dropped on September 14th at 10 PDT. Despite releasing a good ten days after the DLC dropped, many teams were underleveled by default heading in. Nonetheless, Clan Redeem – consisting of players Modern, Sweatcicle, Ehroar, Indica, FleshCrunch and Gladd – managed to beat it first. This was after a gruelling 18 hours and 48 minutes of raiding and several other teams competing alongside.
Along with receiving an exclusive emblem for completing Last Wish within its first 24 hours of release, they each received the One Thousand Voices Exotic. Their actions also caused the Dreaming City to undergo changes. The main tower is now covered in Taken substance, and a new Strike, The Corrupted, along with a new Gambit map, has been added to the game.
Bungie has promised more changes in the coming weeks, and if the current direction is any indication, Destiny 2 players will have plenty to keep them busy until the next major content drop. What are your thoughts on the Last Wish raid? Let us know in the comments.
